Delivery policy
Delivery is to Sydney metropolitan area. In the majority of cases products are delivered in the next two business days for orders placed before 5pm. Delivery is available on the weekends. Same day delivery is possible for orders placed before 10 am*
During Covid-19 safety regulations, contact free delivery would be utilised. For example the delivery driver would knock on the door and leave the flowers and step back for the recipient to collect. We request that you give us any special instructions with the delivery.

Abs Florist business hours are Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri 8 am - 5 pm, Sat 2pm - 5pm and Sun 9am - 2pm (note hours will vary during public holidays, and special occasions). For pick up from Berala please wait until the store has sent your confirmation for pick up.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address and that someone will be present at that address to accept the delivery. Incorrect address entry will incur a second delivery fee if arrangements have been made to redeliver the items.
